Melbourne Functional Medicine came to us for a total rebrand and website rebuild. Their old branding had served its purpose while they were growing, but it looked tired and didn't represent who they are now and where they are going. So, focusing on elevating the brand to represent their premium service and solidify their industry-leading positioning, we knuckled down in close partnership with their marketing-comms manager to rebuild their brand.
Healthcare, done better.
Visually, we developed a robust branding system encompassing a strategically aligned colour palette, photography styling, and an iconic logo representing harmony, balance, connection, science and support.
The website was a huge endeavour and incorporated a lot of behind-the-scenes custom code focusing on SEO, marketing and sales systems, and site speed. We have supported MFM in learning as much as possible about the backend of their new website, so they're empowered to drive it themselves, perform consistent A/B testing and trial differing information delivery systems at their will. This was a must have for them, and we were happy to coach them initially and further along the way.
The entire project was a real team effort, and with the constant communication, through in-person and virtual meetings, we crafted a whole new look and feel for this premium service provider. And a better user experience for visitors to their website. This shows in the stats:
